ALL SERVICES EXCEPT PET SITTING PACKAGES AND PREMIUM SERVICES (SEE BELOW):
New clients: Payment for the first scheduled cycle is due, in full, at the initial meet-n-greet.
Continuing clients: Payment, in full, is to be left at your home for us on the first visit of each week, for that same week. For example, if walks are scheduled Monday – Wednesday, payment for all visits is to be left on Monday.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the associated visit. Otherwise, payment, in full, is still due. New Clients only: There is a one time cancellation fee of $20.
pet Sitting packages:
New clients: In order to reserve our availability for you, reservation payment of the full amount is due at the initial meet-n-greet.
Continuing clients: Payment, in full, is to be left at your home for us at the beginning of the sitting package.
Cancellation: Payments are fully refundable or waivable if we receive your cancellation notice at least 24 hours before the first scheduled visit of your package. BUT payment is not refundable or waivable if any portion of the package is cancelled after that time. New Clients only: There is a one time cancellation fee of $20 if cancelled prior to the 24 hour cutoff.
Premium services:
This policy applies to overnight sleepover packages, extended “Staying” hours at an hourly rate, and packages spanning over holidays.
All Clients: In order to reserve our availability for you, reservation payment of your estimate total is due at the time of scheduling request or postmarked within four days of it.
Cancellations: Nonrefundable/non-waivable. Due to the availability requirements associated with these premium services, payment is not refundable or waivable if any portion of the package is cancelled. This helps protect our availability and the sustainability of offering this service.
