This new policy will update the “standard information and agreement form” and will become effective for all event dates occurring after September 30, 2010, unless scheduled and reserved prior to September 22, 2010, in which case the present policy remains effective.  Your scheduling of services after September 22, 2010 will indicate your agreement with this new policy.

 

Midday Exercise Visits:

New clients:  Payment for the first scheduled cycle is due, in full, at the initial meet-n-greet.  

Continuing clients:  Payment, in full, is to be left at the event location (typically your home) on the first visit of each week, for that same week.  For example, if walks are scheduled Monday – Wednesday, payment for all visits is to be left on Monday.  

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the associated event.  Otherwise, payment, in full, is still due.  New Clients only:  There is a one time cancellation fee of $20.

Any other special arrangements are subject to discussion and my approval.


Sitting visits:

This is the new policy that will apply to pet sitting visits only:

New clients:  In order to reserve my availability for you, reservation payment of the full amount is due at the initial meet-n-greet. 

Continuing clients:  Payment, in full, is to be left at the event location (typically your home) at the beginning of the sitting event.

Cancellation:  Payments are refundable only if I receive your cancellation notice at least 24 hours before the associated event (full sitting package considered single event).  Cancellation during an event requires payment of the balance that would be due for the completion of the event as originally scheduled, not including any unperformed “extras”.    New Clients only: There is a one time cancellation fee of $20 if cancelled prior to the 24 hour cutoff.

Any other special arrangements are subject to discussion and my approval.


Premium services:

This policy applies to overnight packages, extended “Staying” hours at an hourly rate, and holidays.

All Clients:  In order to reserve my availability for you, reservation payment of your estimate total is due at the time of scheduling request.  Event reservation and even commencement both require full reservation payment.

Cancellations:  Due to the availability requirements associated with these premium services, payment is not refundable. 

Any other special arrangements are subject to discussion and my approval.
